Zip Lines
After our morning at the Blue Lagoon, we were picked up by TCK for a combined zipline and kayak experience. The TCK course was quite fun, though the safety measures were less than they would be in the States. There were times all carabiners were unhooked at the same time. There were times the friendly operators took jokes closer to the edge of safety than I would like.
After we were all suited up, they ferried us across the river.

Then we hiked up the mountain, had briefing on our gear, and were off.

The 12 ziplines were connected by various platforms and bridges.

On some lines, the other end is not even visible when you launch. The total course length is over a mile.

Once we finished flying, it was time to ferry our way back across the river to prepare to begin our kayaking adventure.
